We can provide the initial unit cost development for all departments and charge items in conjunction with the system implementation. We can then come back on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis and update these unit costs for you. We also offer an option to work closely with your internal cost accountants on three departments to train them on the MCA system and process and then your cost accountant completes the remainder of the departments on their own. In other words, we customize the unit cost development process to meet your specific organization’s needs.
